أنموذجًا» تناولت فيه المقاصد الشرعية نظريًّا بيان مفهوم المقاصد وعلاقتها بتفسير القرآن الكريم، وطرق الكشف عنها، وتطبيقيًّا بدراسة مقاصد الشريعة في سورة آل عمران، وقد قسمت البحث على النحو التالي:<br>الفصل التمهيدي: مفاهيم البحث (تحديد وتأصيل)، وتناولت فيه مفهوم التوظيف، وتعريف المقاصد، ومفهوم التفسير.<br>أما الجانب النظري: المقاصد وعلاقتها بالتفسير، فقسمته إلى أربعة فصول:<br>الفصل الأول: التفسير المقاصدي ومراحله، وفيه أربعة مباحث:<br>المبحث الأول: علاقة المقاصد بالتفسير.<br>المبحث الثاني: أهمية فهم المقاصد في تفسير القرآن.<br>المبحث الثالث: مفهوم التفسير المقاصدي، والفرق بينه وبين غيره من أنواع التفاسير.<br>المبحث الرابع: مراحل التفسير المقاصدي للنص.<br>الفصل الثاني: مقاصد القرآن الكريم، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث:<br>المبحث الأول: المقاصدُ العامَّةُ للقرآنِ الكريم.<br>المبحث الثاني: مقاصد السور والآيات.<br>المبحث الثالث: ضوابط فهم المقاصد القرآنية.<br>الفصل الثالث: شروط المقاصد، وأقسامها.<br>المبحث الثاني: أقسام المقاصد.<br>الفصل الرابع: طرق الكشف عن المقاصد، وفيه مبحثان: <br>المبحث الأول: الاستقراء المعنوي<br>المبحث الثاني: الاستنباط.<br>وأما الجانب التطبيقي: مقاصد الشريعة في سورة آل عمران فقسمته إلى ثلاثة فصول:<br>الفصل الأول: التعريف بالسورة وذكر محاورها:<br>المبحث الأول: تعريف سورة آل عمران، وفيه أربعة مطالب:<br>المطلب الأول: عدد آيات سورة آل عمران وأسماؤها.<br>المطلب الثاني: مناسبة سورة آل عمران لما قبلها وما بعدها.<br>المطلب الثالث: فضائل سورة آل عمران.<br>المطلب الرابع: موضوعات سورة آل عمران.<br>المبحث الثاني: محاور السورة، وفيه خمسة مطالب:<br>المطلب الأول: توحيد الله تعالى.<br>المطلب الثاني: الإيمان بالكتب السماوية.<br>المطلب الثالث: عدم التعلق بالأشخاص.<br>المطلب الرابع: الاتباع.<br>المطلب الخامس: التفكر والاعتبار.<br>الفصل الثاني: المقاصد العامة، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث:<br>المبحث الأول: المصالح.<br>المبحث الثاني: المفاسد.<br>المبحث الثالث: الضروريات والحاجيات والتحسينيات، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب:<br>المطلب الأول: الضروريات.<br>المطلب الثاني: الحاجيات.<br>المطلب الثالث: التحسينيات.<br>الفصل الثالث: المقاصد الخاصة، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث:<br>المبحث الأول: المقاصد الخاصة بالأسرة.<br>المبحث الثاني: مقاصد التبرعات.<br>المبحث الثالث: المقاصد الخاصة بالسياسة الشرعية.<br>ثم ختمت بخاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم ما توصلت إليه من نتائج وتوصيات من خلال البحث، سائلا الله تعالى التوفيق والقبول السداد.مستخلص : Praise be to God and it is enough, and prayers and peace be upon the Prophet, and after, this research is entitled: “Using the purposes in the interpretation of the Noble Qur'an Surah Al Imran as a model," in which the Qur'anic purposes were dealt with in theory, clarifying the concept of the purposes and their relationship to the interpretation of the Noble Qur'an, and in practice by studying the purposes of Surat Al Imran, and the research was divided As follows:<br>The introductory chapter: Research concepts (identification and rooting), in which it deals with the concept of employment, the definition of objectives, and the concept of interpretation.<br>As for the theoretical aspect: objectives and their relationship to interpretation, it was divided into four chapters:<br>The first chapter: The intentional interpretation and its stages, and it includes four sections:<br>The first topic: the relationship of objectives to interpretation.<br>The second topic: the importance of understanding the purposes in the interpretation of the Quran.<br>The third topic: the concept of intentional interpretation, and the difference between it and other types of interpretation.<br>The fourth topic: the stages of the intentional interpretation of the text.<br>Chapter Two: The Objectives of the Noble Qur'an, and it contains three sections:<br>The first topic: the general purposes of the Holy Qur'an.<br>The second topic: the purposes of the surahs and verses.<br>The third topic: Controls for understanding the Qur'anic purposes.<br>Chapter III: Conditions of objectives, and their divisions.<br>The second topic: sections of the purposes.<br>The fourth chapter: Methods of revealing the purposes, and it includes two topics:<br>The first topic: moral induction<br>The second topic: Deduction.<br>As for the practical aspect: the purposes of Sharia in Surat Al Imran, it was divided into three chapters:<br>Chapter One: Defining the Surah and mentioning its axes:<br>The first topic: the definition of Surat Al Imran, and it contains four demands:<br>The first requirement: the number of verses of Surat Al Imran and their names.<br>The second requirement: the appropriateness of Surat Al Imran to what came before and after it.<br>The third requirement: the virtues of Surat Al Imran.<br>The fourth requirement: the topics of Surat Al Imran.<br>The second topic: the topics of the surah, which includes five demands:<br>The first requirement: the unity of God Almighty.<br>The second requirement: Belief in the divine books.<br>The third requirement: not get attached to people.<br>Fourth requirement: follow up.<br>The fifth requirement: reflection and consideration.<br>Chapter Two: General Objectives, and it includes three sections:<br>The first topic: interests.<br>The second topic: the evils.<br>The third topic: the necessities, needs and improvements, and it contains three demands:<br>The first requirement: the necessities.<br>The second requirement: necessities.<br>The third requirement: improvements.<br>Chapter Three: Special Purposes, and it includes three sections:<br>The first topic: the purposes of the family.<br>The second topic: the purposes of donations.<br>The third topic: the purposes of legal policy.<br>Then she concluded with a conclusion in which she mentioned the most important findings and recommendations that she reached through the research, asking God Almighty for success and acceptance and repayment.
